Fees
All classes are on going and open to the community. First class is free. $10 drop-in fee. $50 for 5 time punch pass. $90 for 10 time punch pass.
All punch passes have a 3 month expiration date. $90 for an unlimited monthly pass. Students and seniors (ages 65 and up) $8.00 per class.
Child Care
All 9:30 a.m. classes. Monday and Wednesday Cardio class has some childcare available with at least 48-hour advance registration. Please call 703-938-9050 ext. 351. Fee: $3.00 per child.
Keepin' It Cardio
Monday & Wednesday, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
Class includes approximately 40 minutes of mixed impact aerobics, choosing the level that's appropriate for you. All fitness levels welcomed. Class also includes muscular strength work and a relaxing stretch. Occasionally, throughout the month, fun and creative circuit/interval classes will be taught to help challenge the body in a new way. Class includes prayer circle.
Keepin' It Strong
Friday, 9:30 a.m.
A great muscle conditioning class that utilizes weights, tubing and body weight exercises, working every major muscle group in a 45-minute class. The class proves you don't need a lot of fancy equipment to have a strong, healthy body!

Fit & Flow Yoga - Level 1
Tuesday, 8:00 am - 215 Mill St.; Tuesday, 9:30 am - Vienna Presbyterian Church; Thursday, 6:45 p.m. - 215 Mill St.
A 75-minute flowing yoga class that actively combines strength and flexibility into a single dynamic practice. Modifications shown for many of the yoga postures. This class is suitable for all ability levels.
Fit & Flow Yoga - Level 2
Friday, 10:30 a.m. - Noon A continuation of the Level 1 class with more flow and challenging postures. Modifications will be taught to accommodate everyone's ability level but some previous yoga experience is helpful.
Slow Flow Yoga
Tuesday, 11:00 am - 215 Mill St.
A less strenuous yoga class including a longer warm-up, standing postures, floor work and relaxation. Props will be available to help with modifications.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Friday, 8:00 am - 215 Mill St.
A gentler yoga class utilizing chairs, straps and props to help ease the body into postures.
A great class for those looking for a more relaxed style of yoga.
Pilates Mat Class
Thursday, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Beginner mat and standing class, tailored to every fitness level. This class will strengthen the core muscles, increase flexibility and improve posture. Instructor - Julie Moore, certified through the PhysicalMind Institute.
American Council on Exercise, certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training, National Academy of Sports Medicine certified in Group Fitness, YogaFit® Trained, R.Y.T.® through Yoga Alliance®.
